Fix Steps

Step 1: 1. This is a motor-internal fault — cannot be fixed without opening the motor

Step 2: 2. Check Hall sensor wires where they exit the axle — if pinched or cut, repair with solder and heat shrink

Step 3: 3. If wires are intact: the Hall sensor board inside the motor has failed

Step 4: 4. Replace the motor core or the Hall sensor PCB (~$30-60)

Step 5: 5. If not comfortable with motor disassembly, replace the entire motor (~$250-400)
