Fix Steps
Step 1: 1. Power off bike and remove battery
Step 2: 2. Locate the motor connector near the rear dropout — usually a 5-pin or 9-pin connector
Step 3: 3. Disconnect and inspect all pins for corrosion, bending, or water
Step 4: 4. Clean connector with electrical contact cleaner and dry thoroughly
Step 5: 5. Reconnect firmly — ensure locking ring is fully engaged
Step 6: 6. If error persists: check the hall sensor wires where they exit the motor axle for damage
