Error 30 on your Rad Power Bikes indicates: Controller communication error — display and controller not talking.

Symptoms
- Error 30; display on but no motor response; throttle dead; PAS dead
Common Causes
- Loose display cable connector at the handlebar
- Water in the display connector after riding in rain
- Faulty controller unit under the battery mount
- Damaged main wiring harness
Fix Steps
Step 1: 1. Disconnect battery before working on connectors
Step 2: 2. Check the display connector at the handlebar — unplug and firmly replug
Step 3: 3. Check for water or corrosion in the display connector — dry with compressed air
Step 4: 4. Check the main controller connector under the battery mount
Step 5: 5. If all connections are clean and tight, the controller may have failed
